Connect the Claude Design MCP server to Claude Code to create and edit designs directly from your terminal.
Add the server:claude mcp add --scope user --transport http claude-design https://api.anthropic.com/v1/design/mcp
- Run the command: `claude mcp add --scope user --transport http claude-design https://api.anthropic.com/v1/design/mcp`
This setup allows users to work with Claude Design from their terminal using Claude Code.
Configure Claude Code to connect to the Claude Design MCP server. This enables you to create and edit designs without leaving your terminal, import designs into your codebase, export code as a live prototype, or have Claude build the entire project.
The MCP server acts as a bridge, allowing Claude Code to communicate with and control Claude Design functionalities from a command-line interface, integrating design workflows into a developer's existing terminal environment.
