Terms of use

Effective September 3, 2026.

By using subvolts.com you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Subvolts is

Subvolts is an aggregation and summary service. Headlines, images and excerpts belong to their original publishers and are shown under the principle of fair use, with a link to the original on every item. Summaries, analysis and other added material are written by Subvolts, largely by an AI model, and are provided for information only.

No advice

Nothing on Subvolts is financial, legal or professional advice. Market data, valuations and filings are summarized from public sources and may be delayed or wrong. Check the source before acting on anything.

Accuracy

Subvolts tries to be accurate and fixes errors when told about them (see corrections), but it makes no warranty that any summary is complete or correct. Use it as a starting point, not the final word.

Your use

You may read, link to and share Subvolts pages. You may not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, republish its summaries as your own, or use it to break the law. Feeds (RSS, llms.txt) are provided for personal and non-commercial use and for AI assistants that respect robots.txt.

Publishers

If you publish one of the sources Subvolts tracks and would prefer not to appear, say so and the source will be removed.

Liability

Subvolts is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Subvolts is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

These terms may change; the effective date above will be updated when they do.
