Troubleshoot Missing ChatGPT Chats and Files
If you can't find a chat or file, check your account, try different search terms, or look in Library.
Confirm you are signed into the correct account and workspace. Try searching with different keywords from the title or content. Check the Library for files and ensure connected sources like Google Drive are still active. Archived chats can be found in Settings under Data controls. Allow time for recent changes to update in search results. Deleted items are permanently removed.
