Share a Claude chat with specific people via email
Invite specific individuals to view a snapshot of your Claude conversation by email.
Click the 'Share' button in the upper right corner of an open chat.

This is the default way to share a chat and keeps it private to the people you choose. Invited people can view a snapshot of the chat but can't reply, copy it into their own account, or continue the conversation.
To share a Claude chat privately, click the 'Share' button in the upper right corner of the chat window. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. They will receive an email with a link to view a read-only snapshot of the conversation.
Do not use this if you want anyone with a link to be able to view the chat.
