AIProver for autonomous proof auto-formalization and synthesis
An agentic framework for automating mathematical proof formalization and synthesis using evolving harnesses.
AIProver is an agentic framework for autonomous proof auto-formalization and proof synthesis (AFPS). It jointly post-trains a 119B open-weight language model and evolves its agentic, tool-calling harness with HarnessEvolve. Verifiers assess type correctness, proof completeness, and semantic correctness, returning rewards and diagnostic certificates that drive model fine-tuning and alternating reinforcement learning via symbolic feedback and HarnessEvolve.
Automating the formalization of natural-language theorems and proofs into formal languages like Lean, enabling mechanical verification and proof synthesis.

AIProver is an agentic framework that automates the formalization of mathematical research. It trains a language model and evolves its harness using verifier feedback. This system aims to increase the rigor and speed of mathematical discovery and theorem verification.
It addresses limitations in existing proof assistants by evolving a harness driven by verifier feedback (certificates) and using a large language model fine-tuned on diverse mathematical datasets.
